Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Eucalyptus moluccana Roxb. [MYRTACEAE] Grey Box (on flowers); Corymbia polycarpa (F.Muell.) K.D.Hill & L.A.S.Johnson [MYRTACEAE] Long-Fruited Bloodwood (on flowers)), volant.

Larva: wood-borer.
