Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Bursaria spinosa Cav. [PITTOSPORACEAE] Boxthorn (on flowers); Homalium brachybotrys (F.Muell.) F.Muell. [SALICACEAE] (on flowers)), volant.

Larva: wood-borer.
