Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Melaleuca armillaris (Sol. ex Gaertn..) Sm. [MYRTACEAE] Bracelet Honey-myrtle (on flowers); Eucalyptus sp. [MYRTACEAE] Gum Tree (on flowers); Leptospermum sp. [MYRTACEAE] Tea-tree (on flowers); Melaleuca spp. [MYRTACEAE] (on flowers)), volant.
Larva: wood-borer.
