Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Epacris obtusifolia Sm. [EPACRIDACEAE] Blunt-Leaf Heath (on flowers); Leptospermum juniperinum Sm. [MYRTACEAE] Prickly Tea-tree (on flowers)), volant.

Larva: wood-borer.

Extra Ecological Information

Williams & Williams (1983) recorded this species from Epacris obtusifolia (Epacridaceae).
