Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Eucalyptus microcarpa (Maiden) Maiden [MYRTACEAE] Grey Box (uncertain from original host record whether adults occur on Eucalyptus microcarpa or E. moluccana due to usage of common name and its synonymy in these two species)), volant.
Larva: wood-borer.
