Records of the Western Australian Museum 8(2): 295–326 [319] (did not list any material in the WAM); Riley, N.D. 1964. The Department of Entomology of the British Museum (Natural History) 1904-1964. A Brief Historical Sketch. London : The XIIth International Congress of Entomology 48 pp. [32] (listed butterfly accessions from the Monte Bello Islands); Montague in the original description mentioned both sexes but did not mention a type; the Montague material from the Monte Bello Islands was divided between the BMNH and the WAM; Waterhouse in manuscript notes stated that there were eight males and three females in the BMNH.
