Comment: Found sifting elevated leaf litter under Lepidosperma sedges.

Currently known only from the eastern massif of the Stirling Range National Park, on the summit of Ellen Peak and the south face of nearby Pyungoorup Peak

Calcarsynotaxus benrobertsi lives under the damp, shaded leaves of sedges (Lepidosperma spp., family Cyperaceae), in sympatry with two other spiders with very small distributions: the archaeid spider Austrarchaea robinsi Harvey, 2002 and the malkarid Perissopmeros darwini Rix, Roberts & Harvey, 2009.
