Journal of the Bombay Natural History Society 5: 233–252 [236] [synonymy with Batozonus orientalis (Cameron, 1891) by Turner, 1915:334. In his work Bingham also states that he has observed the species taking cockroaches. However, Evans (1953:159) and Van der Vecht & Wilcke, (1953:686) considered non–arachnid host records to be dubious].
