Diagnosis
Upper lip with posterior tusk-like processes; reduced, unsegmented or 2-segmented endopod of 2nd antenna; 2nd antenna exopod 2-segmented with bristle naked except for single spine close to tip; lateral eye strongly reduced or lacking.
