Diagnosis
No yellow scales in the vestiture, thorax and abdomen black vestiture except for cream to dark reddish-yellow thoracic collar and laterothoracic stripe, white lateral triangles or band on T3, and pale white scales T6-7; wing with black pattern, abdominal integument black with large red lateral areas on T2-3. Male genitalia with broad epandrial basolateral flange, gonocoxae deeply narrowed medially, tufts of thickened, basally directed setae ventrally; EP with ventromedial flange above AE; short, wedge-shaped AAES within G margin; EJA long racquet-shaped. Female T8 A with internally directed strengthening. Female genitalia with thick-walled pigmented, long, blunt ended SR more than 6x longer than wide.
