Introduction

This species has been collected in several places in the Sydney basin of New South Wales but is unknown to the compiler. The species name refers to an asymmetrical feature of the male genitalia.

All stages: phloem feeder.

 

Diagnosis

This uniformly yellow species is similar to the type species in the proportions of the vertex and shape of the male genitalia but it differs in its smaller size and by the shorter and asymmetrical aedeagal processes (Webb 1983).
