Syntype(s) AM KS5821 ♂ 5♀ adult, Jenolan Caves District, NSW
Comment: Heimer (1986: 124) notes that only one female of the type series is present, with a note on the label: "This specimen is a representative of the TYPE lot". Types were not examined by Harms & Harvey (2009).
