Memoirs of the National Museum of Victoria 17: 65–80 (76) stated that the type was a male from Enoggera, (QLD); as the descriptions do not agree, the male 'type' in the ANIC cannot be the holotype), Enoggera, QLD (as Sydney, NSW in original description).
