Introduction
This species is apparently based on a single female syntype which cannot reliably be identified with known males. It is clearly congeneric with species of Anzygina but was treated as a nomen dubium by Fletcher & Larivière (2009).

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: parenchyma feeder.
Diagnosis
Allied to E[rythroneura] honiloa [= Anzygina honiloa (Kirkaldy)] but paler and head rounder and blunter. Testaceous, veins pale orange; costal vein more or less pale orange sanguineous. Length: 3 mill. (Kirkaldy 1906).
