Introduction
Annabellia subglobosa is distinguished from A. bingara by the larger size, more globose shape and bolder radial sculpture. Much of this species’ range was lost through inundation following construction of the Glen Lyon dam.

Diagnosis
Shell medium-sized to large, tawny yellow with darker radial streaks, subglobose to globosely turbinate with a domed spire; teleoconch sculpture of strong radial ribs on upper surface and around umbilical area; umbilicus very narrow, V-shaped; diameter 22.5mm.
