Holotype AM ♂ (coll.: 5.iv.1925), Royal National Park, Sydney, New South Wales.
Introduction
This is the least colourful of the described species of Aneipo being pale brown with some darker mottling. It has been recorded from the mid North Coast of New South Wales as far south as the Royal National Park, south of Sydney.

Ecological Descriptors
Adult: phloem feeder.
Nymph: fungivore.
Diagnosis
Coloration dull, mottled brown and stramineous. Posterior margin of vertex shallowly concave, lateral margins distinctly divergent posteriorly; fore wing lacking callus in subapical area of M; bursa copulatrix sclerite simple (single ventrally directed spine attached to a small, poorly defined base), vagina strongly sclerotised, aedeagal appendages asymmetrical.
