Ecological Descriptors

Adult: predator, terrestrial.

Taken in mushroom trap.

 

Diagnosis

Length 2.4 mm. Body with dense, suberect setae; head and pronotum microtuberculate where setae arise. Antennomeres IV-VII moniliform, XI nearly as long as VII-X combined. Pronotum with prominent lateral margins angularly rounded in apical half. Male eyes with about 60 facets; shallow vertexal sulcus gently curved between vertexal foveae, with deep transversely oval fovea at middle in sulcus, anterior margin of sulcus slightly tuberculate; visible sternite 6 (VIII) broadly flattened.Female eyes with about 55 facets.
