Diagnosis
Column cylindrical, expanding abruptly at distal end. Column white due to thick mesoglea. No fosse. Oral disc dark brown, unable to be fully hidden on contraction, but may be infolded, giving a lobed appearance. Thickening of tentacle base extends onto column, tentacle length to about 25 mm.
