Species Imogine kimae Jennings & Newman, 1996

 

Introduction

Possibly a pest species of commercial oysters; collected originally in association with Sydney rock oysters (Saccostrea glomerata (Gould, 1850)). This species is also associated with pink coralline algae which grows on the oyster clumps.
