Introduction

The Olpiinae are a diverse group of pseudoscorpions, with 34 genera and over 250 species (Harvey 1991). The described Australian fauna consists of representatives of five genera, but further genera appear to be present in museum collections, with numerous undescribed species (Harvey, unpublished data).

 

Diagnosis

The Olpiinae differ from Garypininae by the presence of an entire arolium, and undivided tergites and sternites.
