    Paratype(s) ANIC RB.97.5.10 mature but aclitellate specimen (dissected), Plenty River, Uxbridge, SE Tasmania [DN 885 549]; TMH K1556 mature but aclitellate specimen (dissected), Plenty River, Uxbridge, SE Tasmania [DN 885 549]; QVM 14:1850 mature specimen (dissected), Plenty River, Uxbridge, SE Tasmania [DN 885 549].
  • Cryptodrilus ramosus Blakemore, R.J. 2000. Tasmanian earthworms. Published electronically. 575 pp. [nom. nud.; it appears that Blakemore (2000) intended to use this name for the species, with three subspecies, but since no evidence can be found that a type was designated or described, the name is considered a nom. nud. and and the name Cryprodrilus copiafluvis is used in its place, with two subspecies].
