Species Ceratopera axi (Riedl, 1954)

Introduction

Ceratopera axi is an intertidal species, often found in association with algae in rock pools. It has been reported numerous times from Australian intertidal areas. It is currently considered to have a cosmopolitan distribution, being reported from Pacific Ocean, Antarctic and Mediterranean environments.
