Oriental Region

Diagnosis

Head trapezoidal; with prominent frontal rostrum, lacking antennal tubercles. Pronotum with lateral longitudinal sulci; antebasal spines minute or lacking, with small spine on lateral margins anterior to lateral antebasal foveae. Elytra with 2-3 basal foveae, lacking discal striae. Visible tergite 1 (IV) with thick lateral ridge formed by close inner and outer marginal carinae; tergites II-III (V-VI) broadly rounded laterally.
