Lectotype NMV J869 ♂ (as Smith did not designate a type, the specimens upon which the description was based are to be considered syntypes; Riek (1969) implicitly designated Lectotype and Paralectotypes; this act makes the lectotype designation by Morgan (1986) invalid (see Lew Ton & Poore 1987: 22)), Moe River, Gippsland West, VIC.
