Type data:
Status unknown, AM (The holotype as described by Powell (1969) could not be identified in the Australian Museum collection. It appears to be in the collection but not seperated out from a lot of 8 specimens from the type locaclity), 12-15 miles NNE of Cape Moreton, QLD in 70-100 fathoms.
