Ecological Descriptors
Adult: predator, terrestrial.
Diagnosis
Length 1.7-2.0 mm. Head and pronotum coarsely punctate. Head glabrous between antennal ridges; prominent apicolateral genal flanges with two apical teeth. Pronotum with shallow, transverse, vague impression near base divided by short median carina; lateral pronotal margins denticulate, ridged in basal half. Elytra with deep sulci extending to near elytral apex from third foveae. Male eyes with 6-8 facets; faint ventral carinae on mesotrochanters. Female eyes with 5-6 facets.
