Holotype SAMA C8295 ♂ 2.07 mm (Coll. W. Zeidler, 27.xi.1983), Little Bubbler Spring, Blanche Cup springs group, Coward springs complex, South Australia [29° 27.35' S 137° 51.91' E].
Paratype(s) SAMA C8296 ♀ 1.75 mm (as allotype), collected with holotype; SAMA C6227, C8298, [as for holotype & 29° 24.78' S 136° 47.28' E].
Introduction
This taxon is one of five cryptic amphipod species previously included in Wangiannachiltonia guzikae King, 2009, from which they are genetically distinct but not diagnosable on morphological grounds.
