Introduction
Type material of V. microzonias is mixed lot and the selected lectotype is from Carribean (see Poppe et al. 2009), hence several records from Australia and Asia are misidentifications. Poppe et al. (2009) do not use subgenera, but since a confused species (V. microzonias) is type of Pusia and hence closely similar, this has not been followed herein.
