     Holotype TMH specimen apparently lost (G.C.B. Poore, in litt. 1987), Great Lake, TAS (from stomach of trout).
    Paratype(s) TMH G598 1 specimen (broken), Great Lake, TAS (from stomach of a trout); TMH G599 2 specimens, Great Lake, TAS (from stomach of a trout); TMH G609 1 fragment (uropod only), Great Lake, TAS (from stomach of a trout); TMH G610 1 specimen, Great Lake, TAS (from stomach of a trout); TMH G725 35 specimens + 3 specimens in separate tube, Great Lake, TAS (from stomach of a trout).
