Diagnosis

Head with frontal and vertexal foveae, vertexal foveae at lateral margins of vertex; maxillary palpi with apical 3 segments distinctly pedunculate at bases, fourth segments angled laterally distal to pedunculate bases. Pronotum lacking antebasal foveae and sulcus. Elytra short. Abdomen with visible tergite 1 (IV) longest, twice as long as 2 (V).
