Miscellaneous Literature Names
- philippensis [species epithet has been regularly misspelt throughout literature. Correct original spelling (Watson, 1883) is phillipensis (for Port Phillip, Melbourne)(original paper seen). Watson subsequently misspelt his own species in his 1886 publication. Hedley, 1903 published an unnecessary emendation, as he overlooked Watson's original 1883 description. Other authors appear to have overlooked both Watson, 1883 and Hedley, 1903 and have also subsequently misspelt this name].
