Subgenus Tringa (Heteroscelus) Baird, 1858

 

Introduction

Since the species included under Heteroscelus species are included in Tringa by Christidis and Boles (2008: 138) — '…requiring Heteroscelus to be merged with [Tringa]', the genus is here included as a subgenus under Tringa.
