A widespread genus in the Central and Western Pacific Basin and adjacent land maseses. In Australia the genus is confined to the eastern parts of the continent.

Diagnosis
Shell very small; ovately to elongately conical; protoconch sculptured with fine incised spiral lines, teleoconch smooth; columella twisted, particularly in juveniles; aperture sub-ovate with small parietal tooth; imperforate. Colour glossy transparent brown.
