Syntype(s) GMNH 41948 (status not indicated on slide, probably syntypes), locality unknown
Comment: Type host either Procellaria gelida Gmelin, 1789 or Pagrodroma nivea (G. Forster, 1777) but not indicated in publication — most likely to be the latter based on extant slides.
