Diagnosis
Relatively long (~350Um), thick, smooth styles, occasionally modified to anisostrongyles, anisotylotes or anisoxeas as structural megascleres, ectosomal megascleres are mucronate or tylostrongylote tornotes occasionally with one or more vestigial spines. Distribution. Predominantly known from the southern oceans.
