Extra Ecological Information
Adults frequent margins of rainforest and vine thickets, eggs are laid on the upper surface of young leaves of food plant, larva builds silk-lined shelters from leaves and feeds at night, pupa in last larval shelter, adult flight is rapid and usually close to the ground, rests with wings expanded, recorded throughout the year, more numerous late in the wet season.
