Diagnosis

Head with vertexal foveae in large setose impressions that extend to lateral margins of head, postantennal notches large and setose; frontal fovea in median setose sulcus separating antennal tubercles; maxillary palpi with second and third segments elongate, fourth segments ovoidal. Pronotum with wide V-shaped setose sulci originating at lateral margins; lacking antebasal sulcus. Abdomen with visible tergites 3-4 (VI-VII) longest.
