Diagnosis

Trunk articulate, neck short; proboscis short, rounded at tip; scape 1-segmented, chelae large, only immovable finger denticulate; palps absent; ovigers 10-segmented, in both sexes, weak strigilis, with denticulate spines and terminal claw; legs typical, propodus short, with 2-3 heel spines, auxiliaries present.
