Introduction

The assignment of many of the Australian species to Auplopus follows the generic synonymy of Pseudagenia Kohl, 1884 by Pate (1946), even though Pate (1946) did not explicitly refer to the Australian species. Additional work is required to determine if they belong to Auplopus.
