Diagnosis
Thenaria with mesogloeal sphincter. Mesenteries not differentiated into macro- and microcnemes. Commonly 12 or more perfect pairs of mesenteries, which are usually fertile. Acontia with microbasic amastigophores and basitrichs. Cinclides usually present on column.
