Comment: unnamed varieties from Cape York (as Cap York (Australie septentrionale)) and Batjan (as Ile Batchian). - Rhyothemis turneri Kirby, W.F. 1894. On a small collection of Odonata (dragonflies) from Queensland, with descriptions of five new species. Annals and Magazine of Natural History 6 14: 15-21 [17].
