Introduction
This subtribe holds 10 genera that are primarily Oriental in distribution, with only Orlandia known from the New World (temperate Mexico) (Chandler 2001: 81).
Diagnosis
Head with lateral margins extending anterior from eyes to form lateral borders of subantennal excavations that hold maxillary palpi when retracted, eyes usually extending anteriorly past base of frontal rostrum.
