Extra Distribution Information
Garrard (1977[78]: 556), when describing the species, listed six specimens from the Arafura Sea and Queensland but Bieler (1993: 296) rejected these on the basis of protoconch size, and cited the distribution as 'Known only from the type locality in Western Australia'.
