Diagnosis

Setae 8 per segment. Combined male and prostatic pores a pair on XVIII. Meronephric; buccal tufts present anteriorly; avesiculate exonephric (astomate?) megameronephridia present throughout most of the body, few in number, first the medianmost nephridium but further caudally an intermediate nephridium, enlarged and with preseptal funnel; a few most posterior caudal segments with a small number of astomate micromeronephridia only. Gizzard in V; calciferous glands absent; some oesophageal dilatations present; dorsal typhlosole present. Prostates racemose. Spermathecae with extramural diverticula.
