Canberra : Australian Government Publishing Service x 274 pp. [Date published 13/Apr/1988] [179] (type locality details are lacking for the holotype but, on the basis of what is known about the distribution of P. a. oralis Thomas since European settlement of Australia in 1788, it seems likely that the type locality is located in NE NSW or SE QLD).
