   Holotype BMNH 26.3.11.174 ♀ skin (skull not found in BMNH), Groote Eylandt, NT 10 ft (altitude from skin label).

Introduction

Removed from synonymy with Pseudomys delicatulus (Gould, 1842) and raised to species by Roycroft et al. (2024) for the eastern lineage of P. delicatulus.
