Holotype AM P.68936 ♀ 10.0 mm (Van Veen grab, coarse sand, coralline algae and weed, 12 m), North of Schouten Island, Schouten Passage, Tasmania [42°17'S 148°18'E].
Paratype(s) AM P.68937 ♂ 5.9 mm; AM P.27055 9 specimens, as for holotype.
