Holotype ANIC ♂ (Couchman in the original description designated a holotype, which was originally in the Couchman collection, now in ANIC), Conara, c. 700ft, TAS (designated in original description).
Paratype(s) ANIC 15♂ 11♀, Conara, TAS.

Extra Distribution Information

Restricted to the north-central midlands, including the area between Conara, Strickland, Bothwell and Kempton.

Australian Endemic.

Ecological Descriptors

Larva: attendant ants, herbivore (associated flora: Acacia dealbata Link [FABACEAE] Silver Wattle).

Extra Ecological Information

Larvae feed mainly on Acacia dealbata and the attendant ant is Anonychomyrma biconvexa (Formicidae).
