Species Pronura australica (Yosii, 1966)

Records of the South Australian Museum (Adelaide) 15: 261-274 [264] [described from specimens identified by Womersley, H. 1933. A preliminary account of the Collembola-Arthropleona of Australia. Part I Superfamily Poduroidea. Transactions of the Royal Society of South Australia 57: 48–71 as Neanura rosaceus (Schött, 1917) from Perth, WA; Yosii (269) mentions a specimen included in the original description (from Belgrave, VIC, 19.iv.1931 H.G.A. leg.) is in SAMA in alcohol labelled by R. Yosii as Neanura cf. cirrata and hence the record from VIC may be an error].
