Extra Distribution Information

Nebo Creek 95 km SW of Mackay, Little Kennedy River, Flinders River 25 miles SW of Normanton and type locality. The nominate subspecies of this widespread species is restricted to north QLD. Apparently it occurs only on the banks of large rivers, when these are composed of coarse sand and pebbles (Baehr 2016)
